Malta International Karate Open 2012-Photos

Members of the AMA and the EKA competed at the Malta International Karate Open at the weekend.

Other groups from England, Scotland and Ireland also took part.

The AMA finished 4th in the Medal table. Winning 7 Gold, 3 Silver and 6 Bronze.

AMA Finish 7th in the WUKF Medal Table in Scotland

AMA Finish 7th in the WUKF medal table at the 4th European Karate Championships in Scotland on 3rd June following the final days presentations.

The AMA had the highest table finish of all the UK groups. 39 Federations took part from 22 European coutries.

The EKC are holding a Governance and Child Protection Seminar on 29th September at Loughbrough Ramada Hotel.

EKC meeting - SE application

Executive Members of the English Karate Council, are meeting on 28th September 2012 in London to discuss the next step towards Sport England recognition.

The English Karate Council is recognised by the majority of Karate Ka in England.
